Admission to Canadian Institute of Psychoanalysis, QE-Ottawa Branch
Admission is usually restricted to candidates who hold a doctoral degree in Medicine or Psychology or a Masters Degree in Social Work, Nursing or other registered health or social service profession. Consideration is also given to those with academic degrees who, in their work in their respective fields, have shown particular interest and investment in psychoanalysis. Exceptionally, the Institute may accept candidates with limited clinical experience at the time of application.
